FAQ's

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving. If for some reason this cannot occur, we will contact you via email ASAP.  

What are my delivery costs?

All orders over $99 receive FREE shipping. Standard shipping (1 to 4 days) prices range from $7.95 thru to $12.50 Australia wide.  

What if no one is home to receive my Little Kete gift?

All Little Kete's are couriered door to door and are dispatched with 'signature required' unless you select otherwise in the shipping options.  A card will be left for the recipient with instructions on how to arrange redelivery.  If you select 'authority to leave', you are authorising the courier to leave your gift if no one is home.

Product availability

Most of the products we stock are from small artisian whole food brands who are passionate about producing the best products they can. From time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances a product displayed within a gift hamper may be unavailable, if this does happen, a product of equal quality, type and value will be supplied.

What if my Little Kete is damaged?

Unfortunately from time to time accidents can occur during delivery.  If your Little Kete is damaged on arrival, please email hello@littlekete.com.au ASAP so we can arrange the replacement of any damaged items.

What is Little Kete's returns policy?

We are all about making our customers 100% satisfied with their purchase. Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Little Kete hamper must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
